Denver’s Low Housing Inventory Means Now Is the Time To Sell

Surprise, surprise, Denver is experiencing a housing shortage. Inventory of unsold homes in the $200k to $350k price range in Denver, CO is down, way down. Active inventory of homes for sale is disappearing and is down -40% year over year! This is great news for sellers across Denver  metro. Inventory is selling quickly and drying up in Denver’s historic neighborhoods. These properties are moving into and out of the market fast as buyers pick up the best Denver homes and most affordable Denver properties first.
