‘Tis the season for warm Holiday treats to enjoy with your family and friends. There is nothing better than the aroma of fresh bake cookies and treats to bring out all the memories of Christmas’s pasts.

Here are some of our Christmas treats that we love to make.

Sugar Cookies

1.5 Cups Butter

1.5 Cups Granulated Sugar

2 Eggs

1.5 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract

3.5 Cups Flour

1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Mix together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well. In a separate bowl, mix your dry ingredients together. Add the dry ingredients slowly into the wet ingredients and mix until a dough is formed – be careful not to over mix!

Place the dough onto plastic wrap and chill for at least 3 hours.

Flour your prepared area and roll out your cookies. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 – 10 minutes. Take them out as the just start to golden around the edges. Let them stand for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Once cooled, time to decorate!

Gingerbread Cheesecake Bites

1 Tablespoon International Delight Gingerbread Latte Creamer

8 oz. Cream Cheese, Soften

2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar

1 Cup Cool Whip

Place the cream cheese in a bowl with the sugar and creamer and whip together. Add the cool whip and stir in with a spatula, until just combined. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add the mixture. Place in freezer for 1-2 hours.

Place gingersnap crumbs into a small bowl. Scoop the cheesecake mixture with a small scoop and roll in cookie crumbs. Freeze until ready to serve. Place out 5-10 minutes before serving.
