How To Hire a Denver, CO Realtor As Your Buyer & Seller Agent

Ever wonder what the difference is between a real estate buyer's agent and a transaction broker? Slight increases are on the horizon, making FHA loan rates a little more expensive. Before we dive into the changes, you might be wondering what is an FHA loan? What the Federal Housing Authority (FHA) does is insure the loan to the lender against any losses. So what that means to the borrower is that you’ll usually get a lower rate and the lender will be more flexible on an applicant’s qualification.
